Welcome to ToursNearby. By purchasing our digital travel itineraries and audio tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on ToursNearby are digital goods (PDF files and Audio Files). No physical items will be shipped to your address.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Unlike standard automated downloads, we verify payments manually to ensure security. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following delivery timeline:

Verification: Orders are processed after we receive "Proof of Purchase" confirmation from PayPal.
Delivery Window: Download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Spam Folder: Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you have not received your link within 48 hours.

3. Intellectual Property

All itineraries, guides, and audio tracks are the intellectual property of ToursNearby. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use the files.

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF files publicly.
Upload our files to file-sharing websites.
Claim the content as your own.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our itineraries are created based on current travel data. However, ToursNearby is not responsible for:

Sudden closures of attractions, museums, or restaurants.
Changes in public transport schedules or prices.
Personal injury or loss of property while traveling.
